Godparent/Sponsor Information

A godparent is a practicing Catholic who has received all 3 Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and Holy Eucharist), attends Mass regularly, is at least 16 years of age, practices Christian living and is committed to help raise the godchild in the Catholic Faith.

Christian Witness Information

A Christian Witness practices a Christian religion other than the Catholic Faith, has received Christian baptism in that faith, regularly attends services in that faith, is at least 16 years of age, and practices Christian living.
