     Purpose Statement:  The purpose of our Liturgy Committee is to serve our parish through all aspects of liturgy.  We work to build the faith of our community through a deeper understanding of our church's rituals and traditions, and finding the most helpful expression of those traditions which lead our parish to "full, active, and conscious" participation in the Paschal Mystery.

     Responsibilities:  Plan and implement liturgy preparation, programs of education, and ministry development to promote and enhance the worship life of the Parish, making recommendations according to the reforms of the Second Vatican Council documents and current liturgical guidelines.

     Gifts to Share:  Love of the liturgy, basic sense of ritual celebration, ability to work with a spirit of collaboration.

     Commitment:  2 hour monthly meeting for 3 year term, renewable once.  Evaluation of weekly Mass and sub-committee assignments.
