Purpose:
ChristCare groups are Christ centered gatherings of persons
meeting regularly. Groups are circles of care with
members giving and receiving Christ's care to one another.
Responsibilities:
To train and develop a team of small group facilitators for
the purpose of establishing a Christ centered support
ministry for interested parishioners.
Commitment:
40 hours of training including topics such as:
*Confidentiality
*Listening skills for
ChristCare Group Leaders
*ChristCare Group Leader
facilitation skills
*Circles of Care with Christ
at the center
*Prayer and worship in
ChristCare groups
*How to use the Bible as an
equipping tool
