Office Support Volunteers

     Purpose: To assist the parish office staff with special projects and fill-in staffing when needed.
     Responsibilities: Perform clerical and receptionist tasks such as answering the phone, stuffing bulletins, mailing newsletters, sending postcards, etc.
     Gifts to Share: Telephone skills, manual dexterity, enjoy greeting visitors.
     Commitment: As needed, 2-3 hours at a time; potential for regular schedule of 2-3 hours for one day each week.
